Four Steps in Two Weeks

Structured Interviews 

In the first phase, our task is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your current situation. For this purpose, we compiled a specific questionnaire of about 150 questions in brand management, financial management, competitive environment, marketing and growth strategy of the company, cooperation between departments, product management and HR. Each respondent answers the questions individually, without mutual influence.

The questions must be answered by the managers of the company's departments and members of their teams. In addition to the company's management itself, these are the product, marketing and sales departments.

Data Analysis and Evaluation

In the second phase, our team will process the results of individual interviews. First, we evaluate individual respondents’ statements according to:

  • subjective importance: How important is the given area for the success of the company?

  • subjective satisfaction: How satisfied is the  respondent with the implementation within the given area?

  • objective evaluation of implemented activities across the entire company.

Overall results are clearly visualized in charts and supplemented by a written commentary.

Strategy Design

During the third phase, you can take a breather - it's all in our hands. Our team of consultants will work out a detailed proposal for solutions to the growth blockers identified within the company. This step is very specific and individual to each company. We pay close attention to particular problem areas, their description, addressable and detailed solutions and their implementation.

The report itself consists of several parts:
1. Methodology of analysis
2. Results of the analysis
3. Proposals for growth strategy
4. Next steps and possible solutions.

Workshop

The last phase is realized in the form of a 3-hour workshop, where our consultant will briefly introduce you to the identified blockers and the concept of further growth proposed by us. We conduct workshops in the form of a discussion, where we discuss the results together with the company's managers. Our goal is for all members of the company to identify with the results.
